What Methods of Payment Do You Take? We accept Master Card,
Visa, Discover and American Express credit cards. The billing
address that you enter on this screen must be an exact match of
the address that your credit card company or bank has on file
for this card. If you wish to pay by check or money order,
please print out your order confirmation email, enclose the

How Do You
Ship Orders? We ship our packages via UPS Ground or via US
Priority Mail. However, if you feel the need to have your
product shipped otherwise, please contact sales@everythingpalmetto.com.
What is Your
Delivery Schedule? At Everything Palmetto.com our goal is to
ship your complete order within 72 hours. Products that are
shipped directly from the manufacturer are shipped within 7-10
days. We will notify you if there is any delay in the shipping
of your order. Please take into consideration that UPS does not
include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays in its delivery
times.
What
Happens With Back Orders? We
will notify you in the event an item you ordered is on BACK
ORDER status. At that time you may allow us to ship your order
when we restock the item or cancel your purchase.
